From small town in western New York.
1 younger Pisces brother.
Mother is from Panama. 🌞
Aries 🔥🔥Parents met while father was in the army. 
I am a Veteran Peer Mentor now.
Survived childhood sexual assault, and eventually adult as well. 
I'm still managing depression, postpartum, sciatica in my back since I was 22 years old, now plantar fasciitis is here. 😭
I have joined couple of great podcasts and explained my story with failures and resilience's. Feel free to check those out.
Became a mother at age of 33. 
Zero medical intervention. I'm proud and loud about it, yes.
Married a little after one month to her father. 
Became estranged two years after. 
I know better now. 
But I'm still learning. 
Worked various jobs: 
Babysitter, 2 call centers, home health aide, hospice, 2nd assistant manager for Yankee Candle, Target, Macy's, Telsa, Solar Panel Tech(door2door), volunteer work.
Walk to Defeat ALS</3 
I love Fruit, especially hand-picked. 
Motherhood has been difficult>>>postpartum needs attention immediately. 
I'm all for free bleeding. End Period Poverty! 
I love the certificates I've earned so far.

I'm here to share all things Kae, my story is filled, and this is only the beginning. I want to share what made me continue on, what I found inspirational, how I choose to believe in myself, my vulnerability, trauma, joy, resilience, rebellion, love, travels, my heritage, my mistakes, my dreams, and my journey told by me, a courageous soaring woman. Whatever I want to talk about will be here and Substack, and more cute thoughts will be Insta.
